Keeping BandBunk Safe
For Hosts
Every artist who books must supply the name, address, and a public event link for the gig they're playing. Before you confirm, click the link — verify the band is on the bill. If something doesn't add up, decline. No questions asked.
After every stay, leave an honest review. If the band caused problems, say so publicly. Future hosts deserve to know.
For Artists
Only book through the app. Never pay cash outside of BandBunk — your payment through Stripe is your record and your protection. If a host makes you feel unsafe or the listing was misrepresented, leave a review and report the listing using the link on the listing page.
The Review System
Both sides leave reviews after every completed stay. Reviews are permanent and public. Accounts with consistently poor reviews will be investigated and may be suspended. Fake reviews will be removed.
Reporting
Use the "Report this listing" link on any listing page to flag something to our team. For urgent safety issues, contact us directly.
